The Customer Service Representative II will mainly be responsible for the customer facing relationship. The incumbent will monitor shipments in transit to ensure delivery is complete, ensure systems are updated, generate various reports for internal/external customers, assist with appointment confirmations,
document management, and support other projects assigned to the department.
This Position Will Be Responsible For…
Track shipments and packages and perform system validations. 2.
Compile executive level reports through Warehouse Management System
(WMS) and specific customer systems. 3.
Communicate key procedures and processes to executive level management. 4.
Administer customer information in company systems. 5.
Coordinating appointments for inbound/outbound freight. 6.
Point of contact for any web-based systems and user training. 7.
Maintain business critical customer/department documents. 8.
Ability to use Root Cause Analysis to determine outcomes of high priority

High School Diploma or GED required. 2.
Four (4) years’ experience in previous Customer Service interface
position preferred. 3.
Advanced Microsoft Office Skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word. 4.
WMS experience preferred. 5.
Previous production experience preferred. 6.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 7.
Customer service driven. 8.
Strong team player.
