Robert Half is looking for an Office Manager for a large company based in Baltimore. Office Manager will offer support to small office of 10 Executives. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism required. Responsibilities include answering phones, clerical support, travel arrangements, event/meeting planning, running errands, ordering office supplies etc. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Superb grammar, spelling and punctuation skills. Proficient with MS Office programs, and at least 3 years of previous experience in similar role. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, as Executives will be travelling
